First, preheat the oven to 170 degrees top and bottom heat.

Then put the butter in a bowl and mix it with the sugar and vanilla sugar until it forms a creamy mass.

Then add the eggs one by one and beat the dough until it is fluffy.

Now wash the lemons, grate the peel of one, squeeze it and add everything to the dough.

Then stir in the yoghurt and mix the flour with baking powder and baking soda.

Now carefully add the flour mixture into the dough and stir until there are no more lumps.

Then grease a springform pan with butter, fill the pan with dough and place it on the middle rack in the hot oven.

After about 40-45 minutes, the cake is baked to a nice golden brown color and, after doing a skewer test, you can place it on a cake rack with the tin and let it cool down well.

After an hour, you can carefully turn it out of the mold and sprinkle it with icing sugar.
