Ingredients:
For the Guglhupf 1 x Chocolate Muffins Baking Mix 420 ml milk 1 egg 140 ml sunflower oil Vegan version: 1x Chocolate Muffins Baking Mix 420 ml soy drink 140 ml vegetable oil For the glaze: 150g dark chocolate coating 30g coconut oil- Preparation time: 1.5 hours including baking time

Preparation of Bundt cake or chocolate cake:
Grease a bundt cake tin or cake pan with butter and dust with flour. Pour the dough into the tin and bake at 165 °C for 65 minutes (do the toothpick test*).
Remove from the pan, allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and allow to cool on a wire rack.
4. For the glaze Melt the chocolate coating together with the coconut oil over a water bath, allow to cool slightly, then spread over the cake.*Skewer test: Before taking the cake out of the oven, we recommend doing a skewer test. To do this, poke a thin wooden or metal skewer into the middle of the cake. When you pull it out again, there should be no liquid dough sticking to the skewer.
