  1. Which shipping methods can I choose?
    You can choose between delivery by post or collection from one of our shops
  2. Which payment methods can I choose?
    The following options are available
    – Prepayment: Please transfer the total amount to the account specified in the order confirmation. The delivery will only be sent after receipt of your payment
    – Invoice: Payment is made via Klarna invoice. Please pay the invoice amount to the account information provided by Klarna.
    – PayPal: convenient online transfer with quick delivery afterwards
    – Cash payment: only when picking up in one of our shops
  3. What should I do if an order is incorrect or an item is missing?
    We are of course terribly sorry about this. In such cases, please contact info@bakeaffair.at and we will help you as quickly as possible.
  4. Do you ship into foreign countries?
    Our online shop currently offers shipping within Austria and other EU countries. Shipping costs vary per country.
  5. How do I redeem a voucher?
    Please enter your voucher code in the “Shopping Cart” and then click on “Apply Voucher”.
  6. How and where can I purchase vouchers?
    You can buy vouchers from us in denominations of €5 or €10 and make your loved ones happy. The vouchers are available in our shops or online by mail order.
  7. My name or address has changed, what should I do?
    If you created a customer account when placing your order, you can change your data as well as your delivery or billing address under My Account .
  8. Can I see past orders?
    Yes, for this to happen you must have created a customer account when you last placed an order. Once you have created one, you can view your orders under My Account .
  9. When will shipping be free?
    In Austria you get free shipping from 50€ and in Germany from 70€.
