Preparation:
Drinking lemon water in the morning can have far-reaching effects on your health, so that you will notice noticeable changes in your health as a result of this simple measure.Now squeeze half a lemon, pour the lemon juice into the water (spring water or filtered tap water) and drink it at your leisure.
You can of course also heat the water, for example in winter. However, it should not be hot so that the valuable substances in the lemon are not damaged.
Use untreated organic lemons, as you can then use the peels as well. You can grate them and add them to many vegetable dishes, desserts, smoothies, shakes or sauces, giving the food and drinks a wonderfully fresh aroma - while enjoying the healing properties hidden in the lemon peel.
You can also cut the outer lemon peel from the white part, then cut it into small pieces, dry it (in a dehydrator, in the oven (lowest possible temperature), in the sun or on the heater) and add it to your teas in winter to add flavor.
