For the dough:

Classic version:
1x Organic Baking Mix Organic Chocolate Muffins
210 ml milk
70 ml sunflower oil
1 egg

Vegan version:
210 ml vegan milk
70 ml sunflower oil

For the garnish:
1 bar of white chocolate some milk or dark chocolate
Handful of marshmallows

Zubereitung

Preparation with our Bake Affair organic baking mix organic chocolate muffins :

1. Preheat oven to 165 °C fan, open the freshness seal of the baking mix and pour the contents into a large bowl.

2. Classic version: Add 210 ml milk, 70 ml sunflower oil (see milk and oil line in the can) and 1 egg and mix for 1 minute with the food processor, hand mixer or Thermomix (speed 5 with the spatula) until a smooth dough is formed.

Vegan version: Add 210 ml vegan milk and 70 ml sunflower oil (see milk line in the can) and mix for 1 minute with the food processor, hand mixer or Thermomix (speed 5 with the spatula) until a smooth dough is formed.

3. Grease a bundt cake pan or cake tin with butter and dust with flour. Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 165°C for 35 minutes (test with a toothpick*).

Remove from the pan, let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and let cool on a wire rack.

4. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate and the milk or dark chocolate separately over a water bath.

5. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

6. Using a spoon or spatula, portion out melted white chocolate into blobs on the baking paper and form ghost-shaped figures.

7. Using a toothpick or similar tool, add eyes and a mouth to the white chocolate ghosts. Then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

8. In the meantime, heat a handful of marshmallows in the microwave for a few seconds until they melt slightly.

9. The marshmallows can now be spread over the cooled chocolate cake with your hand or a fork to form a net.

10. Finally, take the cooled ghosts out of the fridge and place them randomly on the marshmallow net.
