For the Easter cookies:
1 chocolate cookie mix
Classical:
1 egg
175g soft butter
To decorate:
Colorful chocolate lentils
Organic flower magic

Zubereitung

Preparation with the chocolate cookies baking mix :

  1. Either remove 175g of butter from the refrigerator 1-2 hours before use or heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  2. Open the freshness seal of the chocolate cookie mix , remove the sugar sachet and set aside.
  3. Place the softened butter in a large bowl and beat with the sugar from the sugar packet for 3 minutes using a food processor, hand mixer, or Thermomix (speed 2 with a spatula). Add 1 egg and beat for another minute.
  4. Now add the baking mix and stir for about 1 minute (Thermomix in reverse at speed 2 with a spatula) until a smooth dough is formed.
  5. Form the dough into 15 balls (60g each) either:
    • Scoop out a tablespoon of dough, form a ball with your hand and flatten to 2 cm (the cookies should be about 2 fingers high) or
    • Scoop the dough with an ice cream scoop (no need to flatten it)
  6. Place on a baking tray, plate or board lined with baking paper, cover with cling film/cloth and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  7. 15 minutes before baking the cookies, preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat.
  8. Place the formed cookies 5 cm apart on the baking sheets lined with parchment paper and decorate each cookie with 3 chocolate chips. Bake for 18 minutes. Remove the cookies from the baking sheet and let them cool.
  9. Sprinkle the finished cookies with flowers from the organic blossom magic before serving or storing them in an airtight container (cookie tin).
