Chocolate-mint ice cream

For the chocolate mint ice cream:

150g chocolate
140 ml milk
1 tbsp baking cocoa
250 ml whipped cream
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 packet of cream stiffener

For the garnish

1 bunch of fresh mint
50 g chocolate
Berries of your choice

Zubereitung

As an ice-cold dessert or snack on a hot summer day – the chocolate mint ice cream provides a delicious kick of freshness!

1. Chop the chocolate , heat the milk with the cocoa powder in a saucepan, remove from the heat, dissolve the chocolate in it and let it cool.

2. Whip the cream with the icing sugar and cream stiffener.

3. Fold the cooled chocolate into the whipped cream.

4. Chop the fresh mint and fold it in as well.

5. Pour into a mold, decorate with chocolate and mint and place in the freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight.

6. Remove the finished chocolate mint ice cream from the freezer and garnish with berries and mint, if desired.
