So easy to bake
It’s so easy to bake chocolate brownies:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat. Open the airtight seal and pour the baking mix into a bowl.
- Heat 60 g butter in a saucepan or in the microwave for about 30 seconds until the butter dissolves.
- Add 100 ml of water (see water line in the can) and the melted butter to the baking mix. Mix with a food processor, hand mixer or Thermomix (on the reverse setting at level 3-4 with the spatula) for about 1 minute until a smooth dough is formed.
- Grease the baking pan with butter or line it with baking paper. Pour the finished chocolate brownie batter into an 18x18 cm baking pan or a baking pan of similar size. Spread the batter evenly in the pan.
- Then bake the dough for about 25 minutes at 180° C top and bottom heat. Then let the baked brownies cool down and then cut the cooled dough into rectangles of any size.
