Granola made easy at home! With our winter granola mix made from 100% Austrian oat flakes, hazelnuts and gingerbread spices, you can easily make your own winter granola for the cold season. The organic winter granola tastes wonderfully Christmassy and is perfect at any time of day!

So easy to bake
It’s so easy to bake 400 g of organic winter granola:
- Preheat the oven to 140 °C (top and bottom heat).
- Open the can's freshness seal, pour the baking mix into a large bowl and mix with 150 g honey or maple syrup.
- Spread the oat mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 140 °C for approx. 35 minutes. Stir briefly every 10 minutes with a wooden spoon.
- Then let the granola cool down and pour it back into the container.
- Enjoy granola with milk, yoghurt or a plant-based alternative (soy milk, oat milk, etc.) as desired.
