Organic Baking Mix Organic Winter Pancakes
A perfect start to the morning with the organic winter pancakes. You can easily and quickly conjure up the organic winter pancakes for breakfast or as an Advent afternoon snack! Served with fresh fruit, whipped cream and icing sugar, the organic winter pancakes are a real highlight!
By adding a little butter, you can also use the dough to make delicious organic winter waffles.

So easy to bake
It’s so easy to bake 17 organic winter pancakes:
- Open the freshness seal and pour the baking mix into a large bowl or a Thermomix mixing bowl.
- Then add 400 ml of water to the baking mix (see water line in the tin) and mix with a whisk or food processor. Leave to soak for 5 minutes.
- Heat a flat pan on the stove to medium heat and coat with a little butter or vegetable fat.
- Using a ladle or ice cream scoop or a spoon (2 tablespoons per serving), place small blobs into the hot pan and cook the winter pancakes on each side over medium heat for about 1 minute, until bubbles form.
- Depending on your preference, the hot pancakes can be served with maple syrup, granola and fresh berries or other toppings of your choice.

Tips
To prepare organic winter waffles, add an additional 60g of melted butter to the baking mix and prepare in the waffle iron.
