So easy to prepare

It’s so easy to bake 17 organic winter pancakes:

  1. Open the freshness seal and pour the baking mix into a large bowl or a Thermomix mixing bowl.
  2. Then add 400 ml of water to the baking mix (see water line in the tin) and mix with a whisk or food processor. Leave to soak for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat a flat pan on the stove to medium heat and coat with a little butter or vegetable fat.
  4. Using a ladle or ice cream scoop or a spoon (2 tablespoons per serving), place small blobs into the hot pan and cook the winter pancakes on each side over medium heat for about 1 minute, until bubbles form.
  5. Depending on your preference, the hot pancakes can be served with maple syrup, granola and fresh berries or other toppings of your choice.

  • Tips

    To prepare organic winter waffles, add an additional 60g of melted butter to the baking mix and prepare in the waffle iron.
