Our breastfeeding balls with blueberries and vitamin B complex in particular support breastfeeding mothers during this challenging time. During breastfeeding, the body needs an optimal supply of nutrients to promote both its own well-being and the healthy development of the baby. Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormone activity and supports the immune system, while folic acid (B9) promotes cell division and reduces fatigue. Quickly prepared, the breastfeeding balls are the ideal companion in the hectic everyday life of a baby.

So easy to prepare

  1. Pour mixture into a bowl.
  2. Pour in 95 ml of boiling water, stir briefly and allow to swell for 5 minutes.
  3. Form the mixture into 2 cm balls and enjoy.
