For the dough:

Classic version:
1x Chocolate Brownies Baking Mix
60g butter
100ml water

Vegan version:
60g vegan butter
100ml water

For the garnish:
some white chocolate
Sprinkles as desired

Zubereitung

Preparation with our Bake Affair Chocolate Brownies Baking Mix :

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat). Open the airtight seal and pour the baking mix into a bowl.

2. Gently heat 60 g of butter in a saucepan or in the microwave for about 30 seconds until the butter dissolves.

3. Add 100 ml of water (see water line in the can) and the melted butter to the baking mix. Mix with a food processor, hand mixer, or Thermomix (reverse rotation on speeds 3-4 with the spatula) for about 1 minute until a smooth batter forms.

4. Grease a baking pan with butter or line it with parchment paper. Pour the finished chocolate brownie batter into an 18x18 cm baking pan or a similarly sized baking pan. Spread the batter evenly in the pan.

5. Then bake the batter for about 25 minutes at 180°C (top and bottom heat). Then let the baked brownies cool.

6. Meanwhile, prepare sprinkles of your choice and melt half a bar of white chocolate under a water bath or in the microwave.

7. Then decorate the cooled dough with the melted white chocolate and, for example, form ghosts with a spoon and refine them with sprinkles.

8. After decorating, place the cake in the refrigerator for about 1 hour and then cut into rectangles of any size.
