Halloween Pancakes

For the dough:

1x organic baking mix for organic pancakes
320 ml milk or 400ml buttermilk
2 eggs

Vegan version:
320 ml vegan milk
1 tbsp neutral oil or coconut oil

For the garnish:
some dark chocolate

Zubereitung

Preparation with our Bake Affair Organic Baking Mix Organic Pancakes

1. Open the freshness seal and pour the baking mix into a large bowl or a Thermomix mixing bowl.

2. Classic version: Then add the liquid (see milk or buttermilk line in the can) and the 2 eggs. Then whisk the dough with the whisk , the food processor or the Thermomix (level 5, 10 seconds) and leave to swell for about 5 minutes.

Vegan version: Add 320 ml vegan milk (see milk line in the can) and 1 tbsp neutral oil or coconut fat and whisk for 1 minute with a whisk , food processor, or Thermomix (level 5, 10 sec.) and leave to swell for approx. 5 minutes.

3. Heat a flat pan on the stove to medium heat and coat with a little butter or vegetable fat.

4. Using a ladle or spoon (2 tablespoons per serving), place small ghost-shaped blobs of pancakes into the hot pan and cook the pancakes on each side over medium heat for about 1 minute, until bubbles form.

5. Decorate the pancakes with dark chocolate to make ghosts. You can also serve them with maple syrup, granola and fresh berries or other toppings of your choice.
