Tips
Tip 1: The buns freeze perfectly. Simply defrost the frozen buns in the microwave for 3 minutes, cut them open and briefly toast the cut surface in the pan.
Tip 2: Resting time: The longer the dough rests, the better it will rise! It should rise to twice its height!
Tip 3: During the resting time: Now is the best time to prepare the meat, vegetables, patties, sauce, salad, cheese and everything else you want to put in the burger.
