Blend of high-quality green coffees from controlled organic cultivation in Guatemala and Mexico. The shade trees produce a slowly ripening coffee with a unique aroma, elegant fullness and low acidity.
Roasting time: 15 – 18 minutes
The green coffee comes from controlled organic farming. The pulp of the coffee cherries is composted and fed back to the plants as fertilizer.
