Organic Baking Mix Organic Blueberry Cookies for Children
A special kind of sweet treat: organic blueberry biscuits. These delicious biscuits are not only easy to prepare, but are also a real “purple” eye-catcher. The organic blueberry biscuits are a delicious alternative filled with jam or nougat cream, or even without a filling.

So easy to bake
Place organic blueberry cookie mix in a bowl.
Cut 120 g cold butter into small pieces.
Separate 1 egg and add the yolk to the baking mixture in the bowl.
Knead the dough by hand, with a food processor or with the Thermomix for about 2-3 minutes, wrap it in cling film and chill for about 60 minutes (or overnight).
Preheat the oven to 170°C top/bottom heat and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Sprinkle the work surface and dough with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of about 5 mm. Cut out the cookies using cookie cutters and place them on the baking tray.
Bake on the middle rack for about 10-15 minutes, until the cookies are lightly browned.
Allow the blueberry cookies to cool briefly and then remove them from the baking tray.
Sprinkle, decorate or fill the cookies as desired.
