So easy to prepare

It’s so easy to bake the organic spelt millet grissini:

  1. Put the "Organic Spelt Millet Grissini" baking mix into a bowl.
  2. Add 100 ml cold water (see water line in the can) & 1 tablespoon oil.
  3. Knead the dough by hand, with a food processor or with a Thermomix for about 7 minutes.
  4. Cover the bowl with cling film or a damp cloth and leave to rest in a warm place (approx. 24°C) for 1-3 hours.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C using top and bottom heat.
  6. Spread flour on a clean work surface. Roll out the dough at room temperature into strands of dough about 1 cm thick. Then form grissini about 10 cm long from one strand of dough.
  7. Place the grissini on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

    1 tbsp oil

  • Tips

    You can also sprinkle the grissini with sesame seeds, poppy seeds or herbs after you have placed them on the baking tray.
