With the organic pretzel baking mix you can bake delicious pretzels and crispy pretzels in no time. All you have to do is add a little water and you've conjured up delicious pretzels for breakfast or a snack!

So easy to bake
Excerpt: This is how easy it is to bake pretzels according to the traditional recipe:
- Open the freshness seal and put the bag with the baking soda aside.
- Put the baking mix in a large bowl, add 215 ml of lukewarm water (see water line in the can) and knead the dough by hand, with a food processor or with the Thermomix for about 3 minutes.
- Cover the dough and let it rest in the bowl at room temperature (approx. 24 °C) for approx. 30 - 45 minutes.
- In the meantime, put 2 liters of water and the bag of baking soda in a large pot and heat. The water should not boil.
- Preheat the oven (top and bottom heat 190 °C).
- Place the dough pieces into the water one at a time for about 30 seconds, turning them once. Pat the dough pieces dry with a kitchen roll, separate the egg and brush with egg white or water. Sprinkle as desired.
- Bake at 190 °C for about 25 minutes. Remove from the baking tray and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
