So easy to prepare

This is how easy it is to bake about 17 organic pancakes:

  1. Open the freshness seal and pour the baking mix into a large bowl or a Thermomix pot.
  2. Classic version:Then add the liquid (see milk or buttermilk line in the can) and the 2 eggs. Then whisk the dough with a whisk, food processor or Thermomix (level 5, 10 seconds) and leave to swell for about 5 minutes.
  3. Vegan version: Add 320ml vegan milk (see milk line in the can) and 1 tbsp neutral oil or coconut fat and mix for 1 minute with the food processor, hand mixer or Thermomix (level 5, 10 sec.) and let swell for approx. 5 minutes.
  4. Heat a flat pan on the stove over medium heat and coat with a little butter or vegetable fat.
  5. Using a ladle or ice cream scoop or spoon (2 tablespoons per serving), drop small blobs of pancakes into the hot pan and cook the pancakes on each side over medium heat for about 1 minute, until bubbles form.
  6. Depending on your preference, the hot pancakes can be served with maple syrup, granola and fresh berries or other toppings of your choice.

    320 ml vegan milk
    1 tbsp neutral oil or coconut oil

  • Tips

    Bake the pancakes in a well-heated pan with butter or vegetable fat.

    Serve the pancakes with maple syrup, granola and fresh berries or other toppings of your choice.
