So easy to prepare

It’s so easy to bake 2 organic pizzas:

  1. Open the freshness seal and remove the bag with the Italian spices and put it to one side. Pour the organic baking mix into a large bowl.
  2. Add 200 ml cold water (see water line in the can) & 1 tbsp olive oil. Knead the dough by hand, with a food processor or with a Thermomix for about 7 minutes.
  3. Cover the dough in the bowl with cling film or a damp cloth and leave to rest in a warm place (approx. 24 °C) for 1 - 3 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 250 °C using top and bottom heat or pizza setting. Pizza stone: Preheat the grill with the pizza stone to 350 °C.
  5. Now is the perfect time to prepare the pizza sauce. Simply mix the enclosed sachet of pizza seasoning into the strained tomatoes. You can also prepare the remaining ingredients, such as the cheese!
  6. Put flour on a clean work surface. Divide the pizza dough at room temperature into two equal-sized pieces and shape each into a ball. Roll the dough balls in flour and shape them into pizzas on a floured surface. Do not use a rolling pin, use your hands instead. Press the dough from the inside out. Make sure not to touch the edge. The aim is to create a flatbread that is thin in the middle and thick at the edge. The edge can then bake softly in the oven.

oven: Place the pizza dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper, first cover with the prepared pizza sauce and then with the cheese and desired toppings.

Pizza stone: Place the pizza dough on the work surface (or on baking paper if you don't have a pizza peel) first with the prepared pizza sauce and then with the cheese and the desired toppings.

oven: Bake the pizza at 250 °C for approx. 12 minutes until golden brown. Only put one baking tray in the oven at a time. Pizza stone: Dust the preheated pizza stone with flour, place the pizza in the middle using a pizza peel (or baking paper) and bake at 250 °C for approx. 10 minutes until golden brown.

Grill: Dust the preheated pizza stone with flour, place the pizza in the middle using a pizza peel (or baking paper), close the grill lid and bake for about 4-5 minutes at 350 °C until golden brown.

  • You only need

    1 tbsp olive oil
    200 ml cold water
    Surface:
    125 g strained tomatoes
    125 g grated mozzarella or vegan cheese
    + anything you want to put on your pizza!

  • Tips

    For an original Italian pizza dough: Let the dough rest overnight or for up to 5 days in the fridge. Before further processing, let the dough rest for 1 - 2 hours in a warm place (approx. 24 °C).
