So easy to bake

  1. Open the freshness seal and put the baking mix in a bowl. Add 13 g oil, 215 ml lukewarm water (see water line in the can) and knead the dough by hand, with a food processor or with the Thermomix for about 3 minutes.
  2. Cover the dough and let it rest in the bowl at room temperature (approx. 24°C) for approx. 45 - 60 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven (top and bottom heat 230°C) and grease the loaf pan or the toast bread pan.
  4. Knead the dough briefly, form a strand about 20 cm long and cut into 4 equal parts.
  5. Turn the dough pieces 90° clockwise and place them in the greased pan with the cut side facing outwards, cover and let rest for another 45 - 60 minutes.
  6. Bake at 230°C for about 10 minutes, then reduce to 190°C and bake for another 20 minutes.

  • Tips

    Use a bread pan for even shaping.

    Make sure to shape the dough pieces evenly and place them in the mold.

    Allow the dough to rest sufficiently to ensure that the bread is well loosened.

    Pay attention to the exact baking times and temperatures for a perfect result.
