So easy to prepare

It’s so easy to bake 7 organic waffles:

  1. Open the freshness seal and pour the baking mix into a large bowl or a Thermomix mixing bowl.
  2. Classic version:Heat 60g butter either in a saucepan or in the microwave (at low wattage) for 30 seconds each until the butter dissolves and then whisk together with the milk or buttermilk (see milk and buttermilk line in the can) and the 3 eggs using a whisk, food processor or Thermomix (level 5, 30 seconds) and leave to swell for approx. 5 minutes.
  3. Vegan version: Add 320ml vegan milk (see milk line in the can) and 1 tbsp neutral oil or coconut fat and mix for 1 minute with the food processor, hand mixer or Thermomix (level 5, 10 sec.) and let it swell for approx. 5 minutes.
  4. Grease the waffle iron and use a ladle to pour the waffle mixture into the hot waffle iron and bake for about 4-5 minutes, depending on the desired degree of crispiness.
  5. Depending on your preference, the hot waffles can be garnished with fresh fruit and whipped cream, or simply with powdered sugar.

  • You only need

    Classic:
    3 eggs
    60g butter
    320 ml milk or 400 ml buttermilk

    Vegans:
    320 ml vegan milk
    1 tbsp neutral oil or coconut oil

  • Tips

    Preheat the waffle iron and grease it well to prevent the waffles from sticking.

    Mix the baking mix well with the liquid ingredients until a smooth dough is formed.

    Bake the waffles in the waffle iron according to the desired degree of browning, but do not use too much batter so that the waffles are baked evenly.

    After baking, let the waffles cool briefly before serving or further processing.

    The waffles can be garnished with fresh fruit, cream, powdered sugar or other toppings as desired.
