Preparation Keto Nut Dessert with Pecans

1. Open the seal and put the bag with the sugar-free dark chocolate aside. Pour the baking mix into a large bowl.

2. Melt 70g butter either in a saucepan or in the microwave for about 20 seconds and mix together with the baking mix until you get a homogeneous mass.

3. Press the finished mixture evenly (about 2 fingers wide) into a springform pan with a diameter of about 16cm using the back of a tablespoon and smooth it out. Then put the springform pan in a cool place for 2 hours.

version 1-Tart base: The cooled mixture can be used, for example, as a tart base for a no-bake cheesecake.

Variant 2-Nut corners: For the nut corners, cut the cooled mixture into 12 triangles with a large knife.

4. Open the bag of sugar-free dark chocolate and melt it either in a bowl over a water bath or in the microwave. Spread the melted chocolate on the nut corners or the no-bake cheesecake using a piping bag or a spoon.
