White chocolate with butter, caramel & sea salt, 33% cocoa
A chocolat blonde is a white chocolate with caramelized sugars - this is what creates the very light brown " blonde " color. This chocolate was given its special characteristics by combining pure fleur de sel. To further emphasize the caramel note and to give it a special additional consistency, caramel flakes were sprinkled in, which are deglazed with Breton salted butter after the melting process.
