Baking mix winter cake with hazelnuts & cinnamon

So easy to prepare
It’s so easy to bake the winter cake:
- Preheat the oven to 165°C. Open the freshness seal and pour the contents into a large bowl or a Thermomix mixing bowl.
- Add 130ml water (see water line in the can) and 30g melted butter and mix for 1 minute with the food processor, hand mixer or Thermomix (level 2 with the spatula) until a smooth dough is formed.
- Grease a Bundt cake tin or cake pan with butter and dust with flour. Then pour the dough into the pan and bake at 165° C for about 35 minutes (do the toothpick test).
- Once the cake is baked, take it out of the oven and let it cool in the tin for 10 minutes. Then turn the cake out of the tin and let it cool on a wire rack.
Preparation of muffins:
Place 8 muffin cups in a muffin tray and use a spoon to fill the muffins with batter up to 1 cm below the edge. The muffins can then be baked at 165°C for around 25 minutes.

Tips
Skewers test: Use a wooden skewer to pierce the dough at the thickest point all the way to the bottom. If no dough sticks to the skewer, the dough is ready to be baked.
